AT INTERVIEW- Senior Project Manager (Austin)
Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$220k Basic

    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors

      • 7+ years as a Project Manager in water construction

      • Alternative Delivery/Design-Build experience is a plus

      • Experience delivering projects valued over US$400m is highly desired.

AT INTERVIEW- Construction Manager (Austin)
Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$185k Basic

    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors

      • Solid experience within a Senior Superintendent or Construction management role.

      • Demonstrated ability within US$200m + project environments.

Florida

Project Executive (Regional Remit)

Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Package of US$190-225k offered.

  • Requirements:

    • 15+ years of water treatment construction experience with general contractors

    • 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager / Project executive in major water infrastructure construction projects

    • Alternative Delivery/Design-Build / CMAR experience

    • Ability to work across the state of Florida.

Construction Manager (Regional Remit)
Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$185k Basic

    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors

      • Solid experience within a Senior Superintendent or Construction management role.

      • Demonstrated ability within US$200m + project environments.

Chief Estimator (Los Angeles / Hybrid)
Highways / DOT / Heavy Civil Bids – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Up to US$240k Basic

  • Requirements:

    • 15+ years of main contractor construction estimating experience

    • Large project Heavy Civil estimating experience essential

    • Working knowledge of DOT standards and specifications is required

    • Both bid-build and design - build experience is preferred.

Senior Estimator (Los Angeles)
Highways / DOT / Heavy Civil Bids – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Up to US$160k Basic

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of main contractor construction estimating experience

    • Large project Heavy Civil estimating experience essential

    • Working knowledge of DOT standards and specifications is required

    • Both bid-build and design - build experience is preferred.

AT FINAL INTERVIEW- Project Manager (Long Beach)

Heavy Civil / Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Up to US$250k Basic + bonus and benefits

  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of civil construction project management.

    • Experience in pursuit and delivery of hard bid and alternative delivery projects.

    • Heavy civil and Water Treatment background is preferable.

    • Solid experience with Californian contractors.
