USA – Civil Engineering

Texas

Director of Project Development (Dallas)
Water / Wastewater Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$225k Basic + package

    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting

      • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 

      • Strong project management and leadership skills

      • Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentation experience a plus

Senior Construction Manager (Austin)
Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$180k Basic + Benefits

    • Requirements:

      • 15+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors

      • Solid experience within a Senior Superintendent or Construction management role.

      • Demonstrated ability within US$200m + project environments.

      • Experience with big concrete and process pipe essential.

Senior Project Manager (Austin)
Water Treatment Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$165k Basic + package

    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of water infra construction experience with contractors.

      • 7+ years as a Project Manager in major plant projects. Can be alternatives to Water such as power.

      • Alternative Delivery/Design-Build experience is a plus.

      • Experience delivering projects valued over US$100m is highly desired.

      • Competent over project financials and owner interactions.

Superintendent (Austin)
WTP Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$130k Basic + package

    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors.

      • 2+ years as a Superintendent in municipal or industrial water treatment / pump station construction.

      • Experience delivering projects valued over US$50m is highly desired.

Senior Estimator (Houston)
Waterworks Bids – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Up to US$170k Basic + package

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of general contractor Heavy Civil estimating experience.

    • Experience across water infrastructure and treatment project bids is essential.

    • Both bid-build and design - build experience is preferred.

    • Ideally you will have worked on Texas projects already.

Superintendent (State Wide Opportunities)
