Director of Project Development (Dallas)
Water / Wastewater Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$225k Basic + package

    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting

      • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 

      • Strong project management and leadership skills

      • Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentation experience a plus

Senior Superintendent (Austin)
Pump Station Construction – Main Contractor

    • Salary: Up to US$170k Basic + package

    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of water treatment construction experience with contractors.

      • 5+ years as a Superintendent in municipal or industrial water treatment / pump station construction.

      • Experience delivering projects valued over US$100m is highly desired.

Senior Estimator (Houston)
Waterworks Bids – Main Contractor

  • Salary: Up to US$160K Basic + bonus + benefits

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of general contractor Heavy Civil estimating experience.

    • Experience across water infrastructure and treatment project bids is essential.

    • Both bid-build and design - build experience is preferred.

    • Ideally you will have worked on Texas projects already.
